Nestled in the heart of a multi-acre park in the Baie de Somme, our group house has been designed as a destination in its own right, capable of satisfying all your tribe’s desires. Whether you’re a fan of the great outdoors or a lover of cozy moments, we offer you an unlimited playground for your reunion.
Relaxation and Games
Leisure Activities at La Grande Pommeraie
Whether you are looking for wide open spaces, cultural discoveries or moments of pure sharing, La Grande Pommeraie and the Baie de Somme offer an endless range of activities. From relaxation on site to guided adventures, there is plenty to fill your days!
Water Activities: Boat & Paddleboards
Take advantage of our equipment to explore the surrounding area from the water:
– Paddleboards: 4 boards available with paddles. Please handle the fins with care.
Boat: Moored at the riverbank (oars included).
– Capacity: 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children.
– Safety: Life jackets must be worn. You will find them in the garage, next to the dovecote.
Activities and Leisure at the Lake
Make the most of nature with our water sports and outdoor activities. We provide 4 paddleboards and a rowing boat (capacity 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children) located on the riverbank; please handle the equipment and fins with care. For your safety, life jackets (compulsory) must be worn. These are available in the garage near the dovecote. Those who enjoy relaxing will also appreciate walks around the lake or fishing, which is exclusively catch-and-release and subject to prior authorisation.
Sports and Leisure: Go-karts, Football and Outdoor Games
Enjoy our wide range of equipment for family fun. All equipment is stored in the garage next to the dovecote:
– Berg & Mobility Go-karts: Two two-seater go-karts are available for your use. For your children’s safety, helmets (provided) must be worn. Use is strictly limited to the courtyard (prohibited on the path due to agricultural machinery).
– Ball Sports: Let off steam with our football goals (ball included) and our volleyball net.
– Racket Games: Find table tennis (equipment in the table storage) and badminton sets.
Pétanque & Mölkky
Relax on our pétanque court. We provide a set of 18 boules and a broom (stored in the garage next to the barn) to smooth out the court if necessary.For fans of precision games, a set of Mölkky is also available. All equipment (balls and Mölkky) is stored in the garage next to the dovecote.
Table football
For fun times indoors, a table football game with balls is available for your use. It is located in the glass-roofed room, a bright setting ideal for games with friends or family.
Board Games & Reading Corner
For the enjoyment of young and old alike, we offer a wide selection of games and books:
– Classic Games: A chess table (pieces under the board), solitaire, 421 and Connect 4.
– Games of Skill: Breton shuffleboard and elastic game.
– Children’s Area: Play mat, Duplo, toy train set and dress-up box.
– Relaxation: A library with a selection of books is available for free use.

FAQ
IS THE LAKE MONITORED?
No, the water source is not supervised and swimming is prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times when using recreational equipment and when near the pond. Life jackets are mandatory for children when they are in the area next to the pond. Boats are only allowed in the presence of an adult and with life jackets for adults and children, and boots must not be worn. The pontoon is fragile, so children must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket.
